I would like to again thank the North Region administrators, principals and school leaders, teachers, staff, students, and community stakeholders of District 1 that attended our second Education Town Hall Meeting this evening at North Miami Senior High.

I would also like to commend the student reporter for a great interview and outstanding, tough questions.

Thanks again for showing up and being counted.

We hope to see you at our 1st Annual District 1 Black History Showcase and Extravaganza on February 28, 2017 at 6:30 p.m.

This event will be held at Norland Senior High School.
