District 1 School Board Member Dr. Steve Gallon III was excited to discuss education and related issues on Monday August 12, 2019 at “Meet Me Monday” hosted by Councilman Joseph Kelley in the City of Opa-Locka.

His “Meet Me Monday” provided a tremendous opportunity for the community to hear about the successes of District 1, while continuing to discuss the challenges that lay ahead.

Dr. Gallon saluted and thanked all the community members that came out as well as other leaders from the City of Opa-Locka who joined the conversation and remain committed to the uplift of our community and education of children, youth, families, and the community.
